What guarantee do I have on my order?
All our products are guaranteed for 2 years. If a purchased item has defects within the warranty period, please contact us and we will take care of it.
There is damage to my order, what now?
Fall or impact damage or any other damage is of course never the intention. Should this nevertheless be the case, always contact us and send a photo in which the damage can be clearly seen. That way, we will come to an appropriate solution together.
Does the warranty cover all damages?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by (a) interventions or repairs carried out by the customer or by a person not authorised by Vebos to carry out such interventions or repairs, (b) the failure to use suitable packaging when returning the product, (c) the incorrect installation or failure to follow Vebos' instructions or warnings when installing, using or storing the product, or (d) misuse or accidents, whether or not during transport, including when involving the actions of third parties and force majeure.

For complaints that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, consumers have the option of contacting Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl). Stichting WebwinkelKeur mediates free of charge. In addition, EU residents can use the European Dispute Resolution Platform to submit a complaint and reach an out-of-court resolution. This platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/odr, but we advise you to contact Stichting WebwinkelKeur first.
