Returns

It is possible to return your order within 14 days of receipt. The direct costs of returning to Vebos are for your own account. The article to be returned must be returned to us within 14 days after notification including the invoice or a copy thereof. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

The cost of the return is for your own account. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the parcel and vary by transport company.

The refund period (legally within 14 days) starts from the moment the order has been reported back (cancelled)
