Order and delivery
What is the delivery time of my order?
Orders placed on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. After dispatch, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track the delivery. If you order over the weekend, your order will be shipped the next working day.
How can I place an order?
Select the product you want to buy, add it to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout process. Choose a payment method (e.g. Creditcard or PayPal) and complete the order. You will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail.
Is my product in stock?
The stock status is shown on the product page. If the product is in stock, you can order it immediately.
What should I do if I have not received my parcel?
Check the Track & Trace code in the shipping confirmation to see where your parcel is. Sometimes the parcel may have been delivered to your neighbours or to a collection point. Has the parcel still not been delivered after 5 days? Check your delivery address and Track & Trace status.
What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order in your account under ‘My orders’. You will also receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
How will my order be delivered?
We ship via DPD. You can opt for home delivery.
Will my order also be delivered at the weekend?
Yes, DPD also delivers on Saturday. Check the Track & Trace code for the exact delivery date.
What happens to my order if I am not at home?
If you are not at home, the driver will try to deliver the parcel to a neighbour. If not, your parcel will be taken to a DPD point. You will be notified of the address and pick-up time.
I have received my order, but not everything has been delivered. What should I do now?
Check the packing slip sent with your order. Sometimes products are sent in several packages. If an item is missing, you can check the status in your account.
Can I also collect my order?
It is currently not possible to collect your order from Vebos. All orders are delivered via DPD.
