Order and delivery

As soon as your payment has been received, we will start packing your order. We usually apply the rule 'Order today, ship within 24 hours' on working days.

You will first receive an e-mail that your order has been dispatched. We will pack your order and prepare it for shipment. After 17:00, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. This allows you to track the package. Note: Sometimes this may end up in your SPAM inbox.

We work exclusively with DPD. As soon as we have processed your order, DPD will take care of the shipment.

If your parcel cannot be delivered, you will receive an e-mail from DPD, indicating at which DPD pickup point your parcel is located. This way, you don't have to be home especially for your parcel and you can still receive it quickly!

You can have your order delivered to your home or another address. Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your parcel from Vebos.
